You are responsible for maintaining the security of your WHMCS account credentials. SmartersX does not collect or store your credentials, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

SmartersX does not collect personal data. We use Firebase Crashlytics to track app performance and crashes. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. App Lock Feature

The app includes a feature to lock access using Face ID or Touch ID. This feature is managed locally on your device and does not transmit biometric data to external servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

SmartersX is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

The app may integrate with third-party services, such as Firebase Crashlytics, to improve functionality. We are not responsible for any issues caused by these third-party services.
